Fondwell (“we”) runs fondwell.co.uk, a relationship-readiness program. This policy explains what personal data we hold and why. Questions: info@fondwell.co.uk.
What we collect
Account and order details — your name, email address and order history when you buy the program. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store them.
Your written program work — the reflections you write inside the program. This is deeply personal data and we treat it that way: it is provided with your consent, used only to deliver the program, and is never shown to any other member without your explicit, per-excerpt consent.
How your writing is used
Your submissions are screened automatically for safety (indications of crisis, abuse or self-harm) and, when you submit for readiness review, assessed against our readiness standard. Both steps use an AI service (Anthropic) as a processor; the final readiness decision is always made by a human. Only the site owner can read your work.
Storage and processors
Data is stored on our hosting provider (Bluehost) in your WordPress account. Processors we rely on: Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI safety screening and grading), Bluehost (hosting). We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can request a full export of everything we hold about you, or complete deletion of it, at any time — email info@fondwell.co.uk or use the tools we provide. You also have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). See our Data & Your Rights page for the full summary.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you graduate out or ask us to delete your account, your written work is permanently removed.
