Your written reflections belong to you. Only the site owner can read them. They are never shown to other members without your explicit consent, excerpt by excerpt. AI is used to help screen for safety and assess readiness, but a human makes every decision that matters.

Access & portability — ask and we will send you everything we hold, in a portable format.
Erasure — ask and we will permanently delete your account, your writing, and your reviews.
Rectification — fix anything that is wrong.
Objection & withdrawal of consent — you can stop the program at any time; your place does not expire.
Complaint — you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
How to exercise them
Email info@fondwell.co.uk from the address on your account. We respond within one month. Export and erasure are also available on request through the site’s built-in privacy tools.
