What Fondwell is — and is not
Fondwell is a structured self-development course with a gated community space. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical or psychological treatment, and it does not pretend to be. If your writing surfaces something a course should not hold, we will pause your program and point you to professional support. Payment and refunds
Access costs a one-time payment of £49. There is no subscription. The guarantee: complete the whole first module, and if Fondwell is not for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase — every penny back, no questions asked. After 14 days, refund requests are handled case by case — email info@fondwell.co.uk.
The readiness review
Completing the program does not guarantee entry to the match space. Your work is assessed against our readiness standard and the final decision is made by a human reviewer. If the answer is “not yet”, you will always receive specific feedback and a resubmission date. This editorial judgement is ours to make and is final for each review.
Your responsibilities
Keep your account credentials safe, write honestly, and treat other members with respect. We may pause or withdraw match-space access for behaviour that harms other members — blame-shifting, harassment, or misrepresentation. Any refund in that case is at our discretion.
Liability
Fondwell provides a self-development course, not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the program. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
General
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; material changes will be notified to members by email.
